Stride Physio is a woman-owned, outpatient physical therapy clinic in Seattle. We generalize in orthopedics, spine, sports, and manual therapy, with specialties in pelvic floor, dry needling, blood flow restriction, PRI, occupational health, lymphedema, and cash-based specialty services. Our dog friendly clinic is located in a modern space in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle, adjacent the Burke Gillman trail with great views of Lake Union.

New Opening: Client Care Coordinator
Stride Physio seeks to hire an 80% (32 hour/week) Client Care Coordinator at our busy physical therapy clinic in Seattle. The Client Care Coordinator is involved in direct client care and coordination of the client’s experience as well as the overall maintenance of the clinic. The successful candidate is friendly, self-motivated, resourceful, highly organized, responsive and detail oriented. This person must be a team player and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent writing, editing, data entry and proofreading skills are essential. The person in this key position sets a friendly, responsive and compassionate tone for the clinic, while consistently delivering excellent customer service. This person is responsible for the smooth operations of the clinic, keeping all equipment and spaces in good working order. This position is ideal for someone who is health conscious, enjoys collaboration, and wants to make a difference in other peoples’ lives. This position works directly with the office manager to create a transformative service and business experience for all.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate education preferred
- Facile with various computer programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be dog-friendly
