Trevor Farm, PT, DPT, OCS – Physical Therapist

Trevor is a board-certified Orthopedic specialist that has been practicing in Seattle since 2018. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Boston University before settling down in the Pacific Northwest. His love for Physical Therapy is rooted in his own successful rehabilitation following ACL repair in 2010 to return to playing soccer for Boston University’s club team. With personal experience in dealing with a myriad of injuries himself, he understands how debilitating that pain can be, but also, how effective Physical Therapy can be for these issues.

Trevor enjoys working with a large range of clients from rehabilitating athletes to fall risks in the elderly to ergonomics in the workplace. A golf enthusiast himself, he enjoys melding swing dynamics and maximizing functional strength and mobility to optimize the lifelong golfer. Trevor is also a fanatic of powerlifting, distance running, soccer, and road biking with a large interest in treating these individuals as well. No matter what your goals are, Trevor is passionate about helping you return to the things you love through individualized programs and patient empowerment.
