Stride Physio’s COVID-19 Policy

Washington State’s mandate around masking in healthcare facilities was
lifted on April 3,2023. Because we are proud of our safety record throughout
the pandemic, we are putting in place the following measures to keep
everyone as healthy as possible while visiting Stride.

1. Masks are optional for clients and staff.

2. Stride will provide masks for those who would still like to wear them
while in the clinic.

3. If you would prefer your therapist wear a mask during your session
please ask them to and they will put one on.

4. We will continue to use the HEPA air filters in the reception area, gym
and all treatment rooms.

5. We can provide treatments solely in the private treatment rooms for
those uncomfortable working out in the gym area where others may be
unmasked – please ask if you would like to do this.

6. For both staff and patients:
a. If you are not feeling well or are recovering from a cold, we ask
that you wear a mask or change your in-person appointment to a
telehealth appointment. If you are sick, we ask that you stay
home.

b. If you test positive for COVID but show low to no symptoms,
please wear a mask in the clinic for 10 days, it's ok to still come to
the appointment.

c. If you test positive for COVID and show symptoms, please
reschedule your appointment for at least 5 days after onset and
wear a mask if coming in on days 6 through 10.

7. If a member of your household tests positive for Covid but you test
negative, we ask that you wear a mask to your in person appointment to
be cautious or you may choose to switch to Telehealth.
