Mindful Movement Yoga

Join classes with Ticha, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Athletic Trainer and Register Yoga Instructor.

Learn techniques, tuning in, adjustments and cues to safely flow through yoga in your body. Whether a beginner, new to in-person classes or experienced, you will be cued and guided with the eyes of a Physical Therapist and a heart of a Yogi.
