Alex recently joined Stride Physio as a PT Aide and backup Client Care Coordinator. She graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Behavioral Neuroscience and a minor in Sport Psychology. Now back in her hometown, Alex is excited to explore her passion for the connection between mind, body, and rehabilitation through physical therapy—while lending a hand wherever she’s needed.

Outside of work, she enjoys climbing, yoga, long walks, crafting, and cooking.
