Nicole Todisco, PT, DPT– Physical Therapist

Nicole earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Rutgers University, where she received a clinical excellence award for outstanding community service. Since, she has had exposure to a variety of outpatient clinics in New Jersey, Arizona, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. She has experience working with highly varied cases including but not limited to: post-operative, sports medicine, developmental, chronic, work-related, and disease-specific conditions. These experiences have allowed her to find her passion for empowering clients to stay active during treatment and facilitate methods for lifelong health and wellness through evidence-based intervention. She is interested in collaborating with people of all ages and abilities through biomechanical movement assessments, manual therapy, sport-specific training, and injury prevention to help clients realize their full potential. Nicole believes in movement and mindfulness as a unique approach to overcome injury and create optimal physical function. Above all else, Nicole focuses on making clients feel comfortable while encouraging them to be active contributors in achieving their goals.

Personal Interests 

Nicole grew up in the Green Mountains of Vermont. She enjoyed playing ice hockey and skiing with club teams while at UVM. Her adult life has included a range of endurance/fitness based challenges, including Crossfit competitions, a marathon, and GoRuck Challenges. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys almost any outdoor activity ranging from skiing, cycling, climbing, and fishing. Most weekends you can find her and her partner trying to keep up with their border collie mutt Goose!
